Even though you may have made payment in full to the Company for the accommodation, it is not possible for the accommodation to be paid for by the Company. Therefore, the accommodation booked cannot be honoured by the Company. Any claim that you may have will be dealt with in the Administration. However, it may be that you can make a claim from your credit card company if you have paid for the accommodation with a credit card. You are advised to contact them as soon as possible if this is the case. The hotel/apartment you have booked may allow you to take over the room so you may wish to contact them directly. Alternatively, you can rebook accommodation through another agent. In both cases, the accommodation will have to be paid for again.
